CONDITIONS OF SALE
1 - All prices in US Dollars. Minimum order is $ 50.00.
For orders under $ 200.00, add $ 20.00 for shipping and handling. Order above $ 200 (including) are free of any
extra costs except the cost of plants. In case of returns, shipping costs are non-refundable as per shipping receipt
kept on file. Shipping is now done by USPS by default as FedEx charges have been growing steadily throughout the
years and we cannot do it anymore without passing this cost to our clients. If FedEx shipping is desired it will
be added to the cost even for the free shipping cases as the free shipping is now by USPS only.
2 - Plants are being shipped for now only in the United States.
3 - For now only checks payable in the U.S. are accepted. Please make checks payable to Boa Vista Orchids LLC.
Florida orders add 7% Sales Tax. Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) are also accepted, but as we still don't have a Shopping
Cart the info should be sent by phone or FAX.
4 - Discounts: for orders between $ 250.00 and $ 499.00, 5%; between $ 500.00 and $ 999.00, 10%; above $ 1,000.00,
15%.
5 - Considering several items in this list are in very limited quantities, please indicate substitutions. In case
no substitutions are accepted, the balance will be sent by check together with the plants less the calculated shipping
cost of the out-of-stock items or the difference can be credited at customer's choice. In the case of credit card
purchases, the unavailable items will simply not be charged.
6 - Plants are sent potted whenever established. Recent imports that are not as yet established are sent bareroot.
