Aerides multiflora
From the mountains os India, Myanmar surrounding countries. This is a low to
medium elevation species, thus medium to intermediate grower.

Dendrobium fimbriatum var. oculatum
From India, with the same temperature preferences as D.
nobile. Plants are large (up to 3' tall), and the bright colored 2"
flowers are produced on loose, pendent spikes. Watering conditions as in D.
anosmum.

Dendrobium nobile
The species where the nobile type Dendrobium hybrids got their name from. Plants produce erect growths that flower from the upper-half
nodes at end of winter. Flowers about 3" across, with magenta segments fading to white toward their bases.
Watering conditions same as in D. anosmum,
but D. nobile is an intermediate
grower instead of warm.

Rhynchostylis retusa
From the mountains os India, Myanmar and surrounding countries, which is about
the same as the range of Aerides multiflora.
This is also a low to medium elevation species, thus medium to intermediate grower.
