Laelia hispidula is a natural hybrid between L. rupestris and L. angereri. This hybrid has been remade in cultivation more than once, as in here. And as when crossing purple flowers with orange flowers, the results in cattleyas is flowers with art shade colors as this photo depicts. Plants large for 2" pots but in them to stay pot-bound.
